What to Bring to Your Consultation

To help Prof. Shahrul assess your case efficiently, please bring the following to your appointment if available.

Cardiac Reports

Any existing angiogram, echocardiogram (echo), CT scan, or cardiac MRI reports — including CDs or digital copies of imaging where available.

Medication List

A current list of all medications, including dosages — particularly anticoagulants (warfarin, rivaroxaban), antiplatelets (aspirin, clopidogrel), and diabetes medication.

Previous Medical Reports

Any previous specialist letters, discharge summaries, or clinic reports relating to your cardiac condition — including any referral letter from your cardiologist or GP.
